What to know before your first quote
How are requests matched to my factory?
By the processes, machines and materials in your factory profile, and by where your factory is. Our team reviews every match before a request goes out, so a complete, current profile matters.
What will I see before I quote?
Every part to be made, with its quantity, material, tolerances and drawings. A request goes out only after our engineers have reviewed it and the quantities are confirmed, so you quote on the real scope.
What goes into my quote?
A price for every part, as a unit price or a total, your lead time, your quotation document, and the payment terms you choose from our options. You can quote in rupees or US dollars.
How do you choose between quotes?
Price matters, but so do lead time, quality, capacity, certifications and your on-time delivery record with us. Every quote is scored the same way, and our team makes the final call.
Can I register more than one factory?
Yes. Each factory has its own address, processes, materials and machines, and requests are matched to the factory that fits.
What happens when my quote is chosen?
You receive a purchase order with the agreed price, lead time and payment terms. Accepting it commits your company to the order, and production starts.
How is quality checked?
When production is complete, you inspect first and record the measurements, the quantities passed and a first-piece check. Our QA inspects next, and nothing is dispatched until the parts pass.
What if parts fail inspection?
Our QA raises a non-conformance report that sets out what is wrong, and the order comes back to you for rework. Once it is fixed, the parts are inspected again.
When do I get paid?
On the payment terms in your purchase order, milestone by milestone, in the currency you quoted. Each payment is first checked against the order and the goods received.
Who sees my prices and factory details?
Only our team. Other manufacturers never see your quotes, and the drawings you receive stay confidential and are used only for the work at hand.
