Shipping & Delivery

How orders are inspected, dispatched, tracked and received, and how delivery terms are set.
How your order is delivered
When you send a requirement, you choose how it reaches you:
- ManuFx manages delivery: we arrange transport to the delivery address on your requirement. Quotes are made on delivered-at-place (DAP) terms unless the quote says otherwise.
- Your own logistics: your transporter collects the goods, on the terms stated in your order.
Every order states its delivery terms (DAP, DDP, FOB or EXW). They decide who arranges and pays for transport and when responsibility for the goods passes to you.
Delivery addresses
Each requirement carries its own delivery address, so you can supply several project sites at once.
Before dispatch
Nothing leaves a manufacturer until:
- the parts pass inspection against the agreed specification (anything that fails goes back for rework);
- any dispatch clearance your project requires, such as a material dispatch clearance certificate (MDCC), has been received; and
- the delivery address is confirmed.
Dispatch and tracking
We record each shipment’s dispatch documents and its progress, and you can follow it in your ManuFx account. If a shipment is delayed, we tell you the new expected date.
Delivery times
Your quote gives the expected lead time. Production and transport times can vary, so these dates are estimates unless your order states a firm date.
Receiving your order
When the goods arrive, confirm receipt in your ManuFx account. If anything is damaged, short or not to specification, report it when you confirm delivery. Our team reviews each report and resolves it with you under your order’s terms.
