Can ManuFx work from an existing BOQ or drawing set?
Yes. Upload your drawings and BOQ exactly as they are. Our engineering team lists the parts, reviews them for manufacturability and comes back to you if anything needs to change.
How do I submit an RFQ?
Create an account with Get a Quote and complete a short company onboarding. Once it is approved, upload your files, add quantities and a delivery destination, and send the request.
How are manufacturers verified?
Only our operations team invites a manufacturer to quote, based on its capability for your requirement. Every order is also inspected by our own quality team before it is released for dispatch.
Can I compare multiple vendor quotes?
You receive one all-in quote from ManuFx. Behind it, our team compares bids from several manufacturers on price, lead time and capability, so you get the best option without managing the comparison yourself.
What happens if a manufacturer defaults?
Our operations team reallocates the work to another qualified manufacturer. The quote you accepted stays exactly as agreed.
What happens if delivered goods don't meet specification?
Parts are inspected against the agreed specification before dispatch, and anything that fails goes back for rework. If something is wrong on arrival, report it when you confirm delivery and our team resolves it with you.
Can ManuFx handle custom or engineered requirements?
Yes. Custom parts, fabricated assemblies and drawing-led requirements are reviewed by our engineering team before they are sent to manufacturers.
Can I order standard products through the ManuFx catalog?
Yes. List the standard items you need, or upload a BOQ, and we route them to the right supplier network alongside any custom parts in the same request.
How are payments and commercial terms handled?
Commercial terms are agreed during onboarding. Every quote shows the full price, covering manufacturing, quality and logistics, before you accept it.
